- "Regent Station" Mall launch at Haldia - A weekend event at Regent Station, Haldia aimed at providing best of the class entertainment to the residents of Haldia. This included games and contests, pulsating music by DJ Akash, innovative fireworks, and IPL fashioned cheer leaders.
- Computer Point International School of Business (Asansol Centre Launch) - We managed the launch of 151st centre of CPISB at Asansol, where we invited Ms.
Chandreyee Ghosh, renowned Tollywood actress for the inauguration. This was followed by a press meet and briefing session by the institute Director.
- Punjab Technical University (Orientation Meet) - We organized the Project Eng-Powerment at ITC Shonar Bangla for PTU, where the deans and professors of various institutes attended the one day communication workshop.
- LG - Direct Cool Refrigerator launch at Ranchi Club - We managed the Trade Partner meet cum refrigerator brand launch followed by entertainment events including dance performance and fashion show.
- Span-Nite – We organized a New Year Eve Party at Pal Heights, Bhubaneswar. We invited “Span” an English Rock Band which was featured in Channel V Launchpad, followed by fusion music by DJ Raj and exciting contests for guests. Please click here for more details.
- Microsoft Hands on Lab (HOL) - We organized a Microsoft Training program on Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista and SQL Server at Microsoft Kolkata Office.
- Kerala Tourism - We organized a promotional event for Kerala Tourism at Galaxy - Park Hotel targeting the Press and media meet in the morning, Travel and Tour operators in the afternoon and Corporates in the evening.
- Sanmarg - Hindi Daily - We are organizing "Disha 2007 - a creative writing competition" among students of class XI and XII across more than 100 schools in and around Kolkata.
- Intel Regional Academic Forum (IRAF) - This event aimed at inviting the professors and researchers from renowned engineering colleges from all across India, to submit their research in the field of computing. Intel awarded the best researches to the professors at WBUT, Kolkata.
- Metro Shopping Centre - Spin n Win - We conceptualized the Poila Baisakh 2007 event named "Spin n Win" with an objective to drive the overall sales of the mall. The official radio partner was Power 107.8 FM. The event had a large wheel of fortune with exciting prizes to be won.
- Christmas Decor – We conceptualized
and executed theme decoration during Christmas and
New Year 07 for FAME Cinemas, Metro Shopping Centre
and Wonderland.
- Microsoft XBOX Gaming
Championships – This
event was held at some of the key retail stores
like Great Eastern Technocity and Wonderland Toy
Store with an objective of creating awareness of
XBOX 360 among teenagers and youth. We invited participation
for the event by calling the customer database of
the retail store, SMSes, Posters at fast food joints,
the top schools, and residential complexes.
- JCB stall at IMME 2006
– We managed
the JCB pavilion at the 8th International Mining
& Machinery Exhibition (IMME) in association
with Vivify Enterprises (P) Ltd. JCB is in to manufacture,
market and support Construction and Earthmoving
Equipment.
- 85 Lansdowne –
We managed the launch of
Jamini Alhuwalia costume jewellery exhibition at
85 Lansdowne by inviting Ms. Sharbari Datta, renowned
Kolkata based designer in association with Communications
2.0.
- Ginger - Football
Frenzy Launch – We
managed the launch of Ginger - FIFA World Cup 2006
special menu by inviting Mr. Chuni Goswami, Former
Captain of Indian Football Team and ex-sheriff of
Kolkata & Mr. P.K. Banerjee, “Indian Footballer
of the Millennium” in association with Communications
2.0.
- Office Linc –
Stationery and office
supplies store launch in association with Communications
2.0. A one act play with a theme relevant to the
store products was scripted and played for the press
and other guests.
- UCO Bank -
Inauguration of Kolkata Data
Centre of UCO Bank at their Head office 2 at Saltlake.
This event also marked the launch of their Core
Banking Solutions (CBS) operation which was implemented
by Hewlett Packard.
- Hewlett Packard – We managed the press conferences
announcing the implementation of Finacle (Core Banking
Solutions) from Infosys at UCO Bank and UBI Bank,
in association with Genesis BM. Both the events
were held at Bengal Chamber of Commerce, Kolkata. We managed press conference
announcing the strategic tie-ups with Jadavpur University
in association with Genesis BM.
- National Geographic
Channel – Screening
of the documentary film “Bin Laden’s
spy in America” at Crossword, Kolkata on behalf
of National Geographic Channel. This was in remembrance
of completion of five years of the 9/11 blasts.
- United Colors of Benetton
– We managed
Fashion Show to showcase the Autumn Collection launch
for United Colors of Benetton in association with
Genesis BM at the Oberoi Grand. This also marked
the first visit to Kolkata by Mr. Luciano Benetton,
the Chairman of Benetton Group and announcing their
expansion plans in Eastern part of India.
- Abdos Chemicals -
Dealers’ meet for
Abdos Chemicals to launch the TAO detergent sachet
and sales target fixing at Peerless Inn - Kolkata.
- Wonderland Toy Store
– Managed the
birthday bash with special tags for salesperson,
gifts and discount offers for customers of Wonderland,
Park Street toy store.
- Independent Event –
We organized Christmas Carnival
at Swabhumi, Kolkata in association with 107.8 Power
FM and Swabhumi Heritage Plaza, Kolkata. The Carnival
had exciting gaming stalls and fancy dress competition
for children. The key sponsors for the event were
Pepsi, Odoja and Lexus Watches.
- Starmark - (previously known as Landmark Store, Emami
Market) – We
conceived and managed Pokemon Party targeting children
of 10-15 age group at Landmark Terrace. This event
had games designed around the Pokemon cartoon characters
along with a large Wheel of Fortune for the kids
to rotate and win prizes.
- Aangan Restaurant –
We organized a Gaming
Festival with Rajasthani theme and traditional games
like Gulli-Danda, Teer-Dhanush, Ludo etc at Aangan
– vegetarian restaurant at Swabhumi in association
with 93.5 Red FM.
