Kingfisher Training Academy - We contacted more than 20,000 college students from more than top 20 colleges of Kolkata, to invite them for an upcoming career seminar organized by Kingfisher Training Academy for their Airhostess and Hospitality training programs.
SMOT Promotions - We managed promotions for SMOT (www.smot.edu.in) - an upcoming MBA institute in Chennai during the CAT examinations at Bhubaneswar and Kolkata simultaneously. This was executed on behalf of our Chennai based event associate - EventOne.
Galaxzee Promotions - We managed Durga Puja Promotions at various Pandals for Galaxzee - the leading cable set-top box company.
Apollo Clinic–City Centre – Direct Marketing for the “Pharmacy Card” for residents in Saltlake, which gives the members free home delivery of medicines and discounts on medicines also.
Starmark - City Centre outlet - Cross Promotions - We associated with complimentary retail stores in City Centre Mall, and arranged distribution of Starmark gift vouchers to their customers. The coupons / offers / schemes of the partnering retail stores were also distributed from Starmark Store. The coupon booklets were also distributed at IT Companies in Sector V aimed at increasing the footfalls in the store.
HCL - Nokia - Poila Baisakh promotions - We managed the promotions at around 120 Nokia Priority Dealer outlets in places like Kolkata, Kharagpur, Durgapur and Asansol. This was done during the "Bengali New Year - Poila Baisakh - 2007". This was in association with National Advertising Agency, Delhi.
"Cotton" Mall Promotions - We managed the mall promotions of Cotton - International Quality Trustmark, creating awareness on the benefits of using cotton with interactive games of dice and cards on behalf of the marketing consultants Vivify Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. This promotion was conducted at City Centre Mall and Metro Shopping Centre in Kolkata.
Wonderland – Maternity Hospitals contact program – We helped Wonderland, a leading toy store to enter into an association with the leading maternity hospitals in Kolkata like Bhagirathi Neotia and Apollo Gleneagles. Under this association, we offered toys and a gift voucher along with a congratulatory greeting card to all the parents on the birth of their babies at the respective hospitals. The hospital would offer us the list of parents with their contact details whom they have delivered the gifts, who would be the prospective customers for the Wonderland.
Aventis Sanofi in-clinic promotions – We provided female counselors to create awareness on Flu at Doctor’s Chambers among the parents with kids below three years. This was to generate enquiries for the flu-vaccines launched by Aventis.
Hindustan Lever Limited in-shop promotions – We managed HLL Lux Body Wash brand where we promoted the product by recruiting female beauty advisors, at more than thirty retail outlets (Both General Trade and Modern Trade) in Kolkata for a period of three months in association with Midas Events India (P) Ltd, Mumbai.
Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management Van promotion – We managed a van promotion with male and female counselors and faculty members visiting all the Higher Secondary schools and colleges, and distributed brochures containing the course details. A branded Maruti Omni with banners was used for this purpose in association with Media Blitz and Infinity events.
Godrej Sara Lee – Ambipur car perfume sales promotion activity at ten Bharat Petroleum outlets (which had In & Out store). This was a “Hot Summer, Cool Offer” promotion where our promoters with branded Gandolas and Standees approached cars and sold the starter kits and refill packs with a special offer from Pepsi for one month.
Abdos Chemicals – Sampling & sales promotion of TAO Detergent powder by participating in Rath Mela at Medinipur & Srirampur, West Bengal.
